Ethan Brown

Ethan Brown is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality and materials management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Principal Quality Engineer at Rogers Corporation since May 2022, Ethan addresses customer complaints, implements corrective actions, and reviews nonconformances to enhance processes. Prior to this role, Ethan was a Quality Engineer at KVH Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included problem-solving in assembly lines and supporting new product development. Earlier experience includes roles as Materials Technology Manager and Materials Engineer at TPI Composites, Inc., focusing on material qualifications and compliance, as well as engineering positions at Harken Yacht Equipment and Doyle Sailmakers, where Ethan developed numerous designs and systems. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
