Michael Webb

Michael (Mike) Webb currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Rogers Corporation, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Webb was with Nutrien from January 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Executive Vice President for both CHRO and CAO roles. Webb's experience also encompasses significant positions at HSBC from February 2005 to January 2014 as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, and at Morgan Stanley from September 1999 to January 2005 as Vice President of Human Resources. Academic credentials include completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in early 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from William Jewell College, obtained in 1990. Additional education includes a brief period at Georgetown University in 1988.
