Jamin Otte

Jamin Otte has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jamin currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at Roghnu starting in June 2023. Prior to that, Jamin worked at Citi where they held the role of VP, Transformation from August 2020 to May 2023, and before that, they were the AVP, Strategy and Productivity from October 2018 to August 2020.

Before joining Citi, Jamin worked at Laser Spine Institute, where they held multiple roles including Director of Operational Excellence from January 2017 to February 2018, Chief of Staff from January 2016 to January 2017, Senior Strategy Analyst from January 2014 to January 2016, and Medical Operations Analyst from August 2012 to January 2014. Jamin initially started at Laser Spine Institute as an Account Executive from September 2009 to August 2012.

Jamin also has experience in other industries. Jamin worked as a Bicycle Mechanic at Power On Cycling from June 2009 to September 2009, and as a Percussion Instructor at Music Showcase from November 2008 to September 2009.

In September 2013, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from the University of South Florida.
