Libor Bitala has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, they worked as an Assistente prodeje služeb portálu BYDLENÍ.CZ at ABSTRACT s.r.o. from December 2012 to June 2013. Libor then joined Pixmania in July 2014 as a Webmaster until February 2016. In February 2016, they moved to ROI Hunter where they started as an Automation Test Developer until December 2017. Later, they became a Test & support team leader from January 2018 to August 2019. Libor then took on the role of Support Manager from September 2019 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head Of Customer Support at ROI Hunter since January 2022.

Libor Bitala started their education in 2004 at Střední škola spojů a informatiky in Tábor, where they obtained their maturita in Digitální telekomunikační technika in 2008. Libor then continued their studies at Brno University of Technology from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bakalář degree in Manažerská informatika. In 2012, they furthered their education at the same university and obtained a degree in Inženýr in Řízení a ekonomika podniku in 2014. Also in 2013, Libor pursued an Erasmus program at Katholieke Hogeschool VIVES - Associatie KU Leuven, Campus Kortrijk, where they studied Commercial sciences and business management until 2014.
