Hales also serves as President of The Courseware Group, which specializes in content creation across various mediums, and has held multiple Technical Trainer positions at organizations such as ExitCertified, ROI Training, and Global Knowledge, focusing on AWS, Google Cloud, and VMware products. Previous experience includes roles as VP Operations at OCI and consultant at AmCOMP, along with foundational training roles at Beacon Institute for Learning and CompUSA. John Hales holds a BS in Biology, Secondary Education, and Computer Science from SUNY Brockport.
