May Tjong

May Tjong has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. May started their career in 2005 as an HR Consultant at The Carphone Warehouse. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at NatWest Group as a Capability Building Manager. In 2017, they joined HSBC as a Global People Development Senior Manager. Currently, they are employed at ROI Training as the Director of Learning Solutions for Google Cloud Partnership in EMEA.

May Tjong attended the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Master of Commerce degree with a specialization in HR & Organizational Behavior. In addition, they pursued a Diploma in Personal Development Coaching at The Coaching Academy, focusing on Life and Executive Coaching.
