Hope Waggoner

Associate Team Director, Media Strategy at ROI·DNA

Hope Waggoner has a long and varied work experience. Hope began their career in 2012 as an Intern for Tom Latham for Congress. Hope then worked as a Digital and Social Media Intern for the Drake University Alumni Office, and as a Student Intern for the American Advertising Federation of Des Moines. In 2014, they began working for Two Rivers Marketing, where they held the roles of Media Supervisor, Media Planner/Buyer, Media Specialist, and Media Planning Intern. That same year, they also worked as a Marketing Intern for Sampson Construction Co., Inc. Finally, in 2021, they began working at ROI·DNA as a Senior Supervisor, Media Strategy, Supervisor, Strategy, and Senior Media Strategist.

Hope Waggoner received their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (BAJMC) from Drake University, with concentrations in Advertising Account Management and Public Relations, as well as Leadership, Marketing & Society, between 2012 and 2016. Prior to this, they attended Lincoln East High School between 2008 and 2012. Hope has also obtained several certifications, including ABM Certification: Advanced from Demandbase in July 2020, ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase in March 2020, Cardinal Path Training Academy - AdWords Certification and Analytics Certification from Cardinal Path in September 2016, Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift in February 2021, Google AdWords Display Advertising certification from Google in October 2017, and Google AdWords Search Advertising certification from Google in October 2017.
