Satyaki Basak

Satyaki Basak is currently the managing partner at ROITech. Previously, they worked as a SAP lead consultant at Nestlé and as a service delivery manager at IBM Global Services.

At Nestle, Satyaki was responsible for developing the architecture and framework for the global eForms template project which would eventually replace all paper-based forms and processes across different departments and geographies of Nestle. The architecture was developed as a high-scalable, high performing solution that would be used to develop electronic forms at extremely low costs.

Satyaki was also the onsite coordinator responsible for interacting with business users for requirement analysis and design and coordinating the work with the offshore delivery team at IBM.

At IBM, Satyaki led a large team of SAP Portal consultants spread across geographies and working in various areas of configuration and custom development for many large European and American clients. Their role as a lead included managing project delivery, architecting technical design, building development frameworks, improving the development process, creating, reviewing designs for new features, imparting trainings and knowledge sharing sessions, hiring of individuals into the development team, mentoring and guiding team members.

Satyaki Basak attended the University of Mysore, where they earned a B.E. in Industrial and Production Engineering. Satyaki also holds a certification from SAP in Discover SAP Business Technology Platform - Record of Achievement.
