Amber Haney

Amber Haney, CPP, is an experienced HR operations leader currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Roivant Sciences since August 2022. Previously, Amber held various leadership roles at Kala Pharmaceuticals from February 2018 to July 2022, including Senior Director and Director of Payroll, Benefits & HRIS. Prior experience includes roles at Havas, Arnold Worldwide, and Vera Bradley, encompassing responsibilities in payroll and HRIS management. Amber's early career featured management positions at ANN INC. and educational foundations established with a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
