Jo Chen

Jo Chen served as Assistant General Counsel to the Capital Markets Businesses at Bain Capital and was previously an attorney at D.E. Shaw & Co., LP and a Director of its reinsurance affiliates. Prior to that, Jo was an associate at the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and represented creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 restructurings and out-of-court workouts.
