David Deignan

David "Mike" Deignan is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of ROK Technologies since January 2011, Deignan has been pivotal in delivering cloud-based ArcGIS hosting and applications by leveraging the company’s partnership with Esri. Previous roles include Chairman and CEO at Teleflex Medical, and President of Global Business Consulting, focusing on market entry and sourcing strategies for U.S. device companies in Asia. As CEO and President of Vasomedical, and VP of Global Business Development at Baxter Healthcare, Deignan has accumulated extensive expertise in managing operations and fostering business growth. Deignan holds a BA in Economics from Providence College.
