Heather Wilson

Heather Wilson is a skilled GIS Solutions Engineer at ROK Technologies, LLC, where expertise in ArcGIS and Rizing's geospatial products enhances client solutions since October 2022. Previously, as a Senior GIS Analyst at Rizing Geospatial from January 2018 to September 2022, Heather provided key support for GIS implementation and management, focusing on streamlining workflows and delivering quality data. At the University of North Georgia, Heather contributed as an IESA Assistant from December 2015 to December 2017, assisting students with GIS applications and managing departmental social media. Additionally, Heather served as an Orientation Leader, fostering a welcoming environment for new students. Prior experience includes a role as Dispatcher & Lead Operator at A Superior Answering Service & Call Center from October 2014 to June 2017, where leadership and communication skills were exemplified. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Spatial Analysis from the University of North Georgia, completed in 2017.
