SILA ÇELİK

Sila Çelik is currently the Head Engineer of the Energetic Systems Quality Control Department at Roketsan Roket Sanayii ve Ticaret A. Ş. After starting a doctorate program in the chemistry department at Hacettepe University in 2008, Sila worked as a Quality Control Chef Engineer at Kimetsan for two years. They spent six years at BARIŞ Savunma Endüstrisi A.Ş., initially as a Quality and Configuration Specialist and then as a Quality Manager from 2016 to 2018, where Sila was responsible for managing quality documentation processes and coordinating with customers in defense projects. Alongside extensive experience in quality management, Sila possesses strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
