Robert Andrade

Robert Andrade is an experienced professional in fleet management and equipment operations, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Vice President Fleet at Rokstad Power since November 2020, Andrade established a centralized fleet asset management program encompassing cost control, compliance, and maintenance management. Previous roles include Fleet Director at Team Nelson Earthwork, Utilities & Concrete, and Corporate Equipment Manager as a consultant, where responsibilities ranged from capital procurement to maintenance management. Andrade also held senior positions at EMS INC. and Parsons Corporation, where significant contributions included implementing comprehensive fleet asset management programs. Earlier in the career, Andrade served as Vice President Equipment Management at The Walsh Group, leading the expansion of the construction fleet. Andrade holds a CEU from Virginia Tech and is a certified Equipment Manager through AEMP.
