Dino Johnson

Dino Johnson is a seasoned diversity, equity, and inclusion professional with extensive experience in global program management and organizational strategy. Currently serving as a Global Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Roku since March 2025, Dino previously held the position of Global Manager for Inclusion at Netflix from January 2021 to March 2025. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing the Employee Resource Group program across multiple global regions and developing strategies to enhance organizational inclusivity. Prior experience includes Associate Director positions at WarnerMedia and Otter Media, where efforts focused on the relaunching of Business Resource Groups and managing diversity initiatives. Dino's career began at Fullscreen, where groundwork was laid for diversity programs and university relations. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Communication from Saint John's University and further education at The University of Notre Dame Australia.
