Scott Pharr

Scott Pharr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and digital development. Currently serving as Manager of Distribution Operations at Roku since September 2025, Scott previously held the position of Director of Digital Operations at Home Solutions, where leadership in process improvement and site acquisitions was key. Prior roles include Project Manager at CDS Visual, where Scott managed software project development, and Campus Developer at Christian Life Church, leading the launch of a new campus and nurturing volunteer leadership. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Media/Sr Brand Manager at Salem Church Products and co-owning both RVANews and PharrOut LLC, a web design and development firm. Scott's career began at Hoover & Strong, Inc. in IT and web development, following a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
