Tom Charles is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in developer relations and community management. Currently serving as the Senior Product Manager for the Partner Portal at Roku Inc. since May 2016, Tom oversees the developer website and has played a pivotal role in managing and organizing the company’s annual developer conference for six consecutive years. Prior to Roku, Tom held various roles, including Developer Relations Manager at Launchcloud LLC and Community Manager at both Evernote and Compas. Tom co-founded Hack Upstate and guided its community initiatives, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering developer engagement. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's Degree in Magazine Journalism with a minor in Information Studies, both from Syracuse University.
