Benjamin REISS

Benjamin REISS has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles within the automotive and horology industries. Beginning with a position as a Technicien Controle Qualite at Groupe MECACHROME from 1998 to 1999, Benjamin progressed through various roles including Technicien d'Exploitation at SODEMO Moteurs and Technicien Moteur at ORECA Magny-cours. Notably, as Responsable Exploitation Moteur at PSA CITROEN RACING from 2004 to 2010, responsibilities included planning and coordinating workshop activities, managing incidents, and optimizing maintenance procedures. Following this, Benjamin served as Directeur d’Exploitation at AUTOMECA SOLUTIONS from 2010 to 2013, focusing on project management and the improvement of assembly processes. More recently, roles at ROLEX from 2023 to 2024 involved product industrialization, methods development for prototypes, and data management related to base operations. Benjamin holds a Baccalauréat in Sciences, a DUT in Génie Mécanique et Productique, and completed a foundational module in horology in 2014.
