Carlos Castillo

Carlos Castillo has extensive experience in technical estimation and project management, currently serving as a Level II Technical Estimator at ROLEX since March 2014, where responsibilities include developing repair strategies and addressing warranty issues. Prior to this role, Carlos held various positions at Cowtan & Tout from October 2007 to March 2014, including Returns Manager, focusing on managing product return inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies. During a previous tenure at FedEx from June 2001 to October 2007, Carlos functioned as Center Manager, leading a team and overseeing recruitment and training processes. Carlos began a professional career as Office Manager at Franklin’s Electronic Warehouse from April 1998 to June 2001, handling HR-related inquiries and managing purchase orders. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY), earned between 1999 and 2003.
