Carmen Krüger is an R&D Manager with a strong background in metallurgy and materials science. They earned a Diplom Ingenieur in Materials Science from Universität Stuttgart in 2007 and completed a PhD in the same field at EPFL in 2012. Carmen held various roles at Rolex, serving as Chargé de projets R&D from 2012 to 2016 and later as Responsable de Groupe Industrialisation from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Materials Development at Cendres+Métaux SA from 2016 to 2018.
