Caroline Rusca

Caroline Rusca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and quality assurance management within the aerospace and space industries. Currently serving as Manager de proximité at ROLEX since September 2018, Caroline previously held significant roles at RUAG Space as PA & QA Manager from August 2008 to August 2018, overseeing product assurance for space projects and managing materials and processes. Earlier career highlights include positions as Project Development Manager at Jean Gallay SA, where responsibilities encompassed project management for aeronautical maintenance, and as a Project Engineer at CRMA Aero Repair, focusing on special processes and aeronautical maintenance. Caroline began her career with an engineering traineeship at EDF and holds an engineering degree in Materials Sciences from Polytech Lille, complemented by a student exchange at McGill University.
