Eric Royer

Eric Royer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Team Leader at ROLEX since March 2015, Eric spearheads digital transformation initiatives within the purchasing department and leads projects focused on business intelligence and continuous improvement. Prior roles include Team Leader for operational excellence and data science, and Projects Engineer, enhancing supplier quality and new product industrialization. Eric's prior experience includes supply chain engineering at ETEL S.A. - HEIDENHAIN Group, research in biomechanics at Laboratoire de Biomécanique Arts & Métiers ParisTech, and development engineering at CSIRO. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers and an Executive Certificate in Data Science & Management from EPFL.
