Fabien Graber currently serves as a council member at Fondation WOSTEP since April 2024 and has been the head of the Rolex Training Center within the Human Resources Division since August 2017. Graber has held a position as a member of the Professional Training Commission for the Swiss watch industry since September 2012. Previous roles include Director of ETVJ - Ecole Technique de la Vallée de Joux from 2012 to 2017, Operations Director at KIF PARECHOC SA from 2007 to 2012, and Deputy Director of Technical and Quality at ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse from 2001 to 2006. Graber began a career in the research and development sector as an engineer at LNI Swissgas from 1998 to 2001. Academic qualifications include a CAS in Administration and Training Institution Management from IDHEAP/UNIL and other relevant professional training programs, culminating in an engineering degree in Microtechnology from Ecole d'Ingénieurs de Genève.
