Frederic Blanc

Frederic Blanc has extensive experience in the manufacturing and production sectors, predominantly at ROLEX since January 2002. Positions held include Responsable maintenance et Gestion des moyens de mesure, multiple roles as Responsable de production overseeing various production processes such as fonte, appretage, and ceramique, as well as managing teams of proximity managers. Frederic has also served as Responsable industrialisation, focusing on production tooling, machine procurement, and workshop planning, and as Responsable méthodes, developing production tool manufacturing standards and 3D inspection protocols. Earlier experience at Mader Racing as a concepteur motoriste involved the design of racing engines. Frederic holds a degree as a technicien ET from cepta Genève école de mecanique, completed in 1997.
