Geoffrey Billon

Geoffrey Billon is an experienced manager currently leading operations at ROLEX since January 2018. Prior to this role, Geoffrey held several positions at Nestlé Nespresso SA, including Continuous Improvement & Industrial Performance Manager and Focused Improvement Pillar Leader. Geoffrey began a career in continuous improvement at Air Products as a Black Belt and contributed to business enhancement at Sun Chemical, where the focus was also on Six Sigma methodologies. Geoffrey's educational background includes a leadership program at London Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Communication from Université catholique de Louvain, alongside studies in Germanic languages at Université de Liège.
