Laura Balthazard is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and project management, currently working at ROLEX since August 2021 as Chargée de projets transverses and Chargée d'industrialisation. Prior to this, Laura served as a Methods & Industrialization Engineer at Bulgari from February 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included leading investment projects for new equipment, industrializing watch cases, and improving industrialization processes using tools such as SQL and PowerBI. Laura also completed a Master Thesis at L'Oréal in 2016, focusing on automation and efficiency in production processes. Laura holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Microengineering from EPFL, earned between 2012 and 2017.
