Léa Mermet

Léa Mermet currently serves as Chargée de projet Impact et durabilité at ROLEX since July 2022. Prior to this role, Léa worked as an Assistant socio-éducatif at Fondation Aigues-Vertes from January to July 2022 and held the position of Responsable de projet environnement at New Hera from May 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes working in education for disabled people at Odyneo from April 2019 to September 2021. Léa is pursuing a Master of Science in Responsible Management and Human Rights with a focus on Sustainability Strategy at the University of Geneva, having previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and a Licence in Sciences de Gestion from iaelyon School of Management, along with a Certificat de Management International from the same institution.
