Lionel Fleury

Lionel Fleury is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and product management, with a focus on electronic design and performance optimization. From June 2016 to March 2020, Lionel held the position of Responsable de groupe at ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse, overseeing a team in research and development, where responsibilities included team management, evaluation, and fostering a collaborative environment. Prior to that, as an Ingénieur de développement, Lionel contributed to the development and validation of quartz watch movements. Since March 2020, Lionel has served as Responsable Calibre and Responsable de groupe "Gestion Performance Produits" at ROLEX. Earlier in the career, from January 2006 to May 2011, Lionel worked at Syderal SA as an Ingénieur de Conception Electronique Intégrée, focusing on VHDL function specification and validation for space projects. Lionel holds an Ingénieur HES in electrical engineering from Ecole d'ingénieur de l'Arc jurassien and a CFC d'électronicien with distinction from Ecole professionnelle porrentruy.
