Lionel Pons is a multi-platform Logistics and Production Consultant who assists businesses in defining and revising management processes while designing software solutions to support execution. They have extensive experience in the luxury watch industry, having worked at TAG Heuer as a Logistics and Quality Engineer and later at ROLEX as the Head of Software Solutions for precious metal management. In their current role as a Senior MES Industry 4.0 Consultant, they focus on developing serialization management processes and implementing tailored tools in 3DS DELMIA Apriso and SAP Track and Trace. Lionel holds a DEUST in Industrial Quality Technician, a DU in Quality Management, and a Master's in Operations Management.
