Mathilde Dessonnaz

Mathilde Dessonnaz has a diverse background in customer service, event organization, and human resources. Mathilde worked as an Animatrice cirque at Club Med from April 2018 to September 2021, focusing on pedagogy, client reception, event organization, and customer satisfaction. Following this, a role as a communication intern at Société Nautique de Genève from March 2023 to September 2023 involved managing social media, administrative support, creating visuals for events, and assisting with partnership classifications. Presently, Mathilde is employed in human resources at ROLEX since February 2024, and previously completed a restaurant internship at La Réserve Genève - Hotel and Spa in 2022. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme ES in Hotel/Motel Administration from Ecole Hôtelière de Genève, a BPJEPS in circus activities from IFTAM, and a forthcoming certificat de Gestionnaire RH in Human Resources Management from ifage, expected in 2025.
