Maxime Sapin

Maxime Sapin has significant experience in the watchmaking industry, currently serving as a Chargé projet at ROLEX since November 2020. Prior to this role, Maxime spent over a decade at Blancpain, where responsibilities included managing new development trials and product improvements as a Chef de projet Coordination Développement Mouvement, and quality assurance technical analysis as an Analyste assurance qualité technique. Earlier positions at Blancpain included roles as an Horloger analyste, where support was provided for quality and technical improvements, and an apprenticeship in horology focused on workshop management and quality tools. Maxime holds a degree in horology from ETVJ and a Technicien en microtechnique degree from CIFOM La Chaux-de-Fonds.
