Nicolas da Roxa

Nicolas Da Roxa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Gestionnaire RH at ROLEX since April 2017, overseeing recruitment, personnel management, and the resolution of individual employee issues. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Assistant RH at ROLEX, focusing on temporary staff recruitment and the development of HR monitoring tools. Nicolas also worked as a Coordinateur RH at TOPNET SA, managing a workforce of over 400 employees and handling various HR administrative tasks.
