Pascal Petithory

Pascal Petithory is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and production management. Currently serving as the Group Leader for Movements and Ebauches at ROLEX since October 2018, Pascal has previously held positions including Workshop Manager at Rubattel et Weyermann S.A. and LCD Process Technician at EM Microelectronic, where responsibilities included process analysis, optimization, and training for a production team of around 60 individuals. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Engineer and Project Assistant at Meggitt Sensing Systems, focusing on production process optimization and EHS responsibilities. Pascal began a career in management as a Shift Manager at McDonald's. Educational qualifications include a CAS in Enterprise Management from Haute école de gestion Arc and technical degrees in Electronics from the Centre Professionnel du Littoral Neuchâtelois.
