Paul Rose is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in exploration, communication, and environmental advocacy. Serving as the Head of Expeditions for National Geographic Pristine Seas since 2014, Paul also contributes as a Guest Speaker and Presenter for IUCN and as a Presenter for BBC's science and factual programmes since 2004. Additionally, Paul operates as a Consultant for Impact, holds a position on the Awards Jury and Selection for ROLEX, and acts as an Ambassador, Communications Expert, Journalist, and Presenter for the Basel, Rotterdam, and Stockholm Convention Secretariat since 2019. Previous roles include Vice President of the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) and Base Commander at the British Antarctic Survey, further highlighting Paul’s extensive experience in geographical and environmental affairs.
