Philippe Campiche

Philippe Campiche is an experienced professional currently serving as a Production Team Manager at ROLEX since April 2017, overseeing a team of 60 individuals. Previously, Philippe worked as an Industrial Project Manager, responsible for managing the technical aspects of product development and leading a team of engineers. Early career experience includes an R&D internship at Symetis SA, where finite element analysis was utilized to enhance stent design evaluations. Philippe's leadership abilities were demonstrated during tenure at Forum EPFL, overseeing external relations and increasing revenues through effective partnership management. An academic background in mechanical engineering includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from EPFL, complemented by studies at RWTH Aachen University and the University of Tampa. Philippe has also served as a teaching assistant, provided reliability predictions in internships, and worked as a lifeguard during summers.
