Sébastien Buchs

Sébastien Buchs is a production manager currently responsible for a team of approximately 120 individuals at Rolex. They have extensive experience in operational excellence, having previously worked at Merck Group where they led continuous improvement projects and managed new product introductions within a global team. Sébastien holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management with a major in Supply Chain Management from HEIG-VD, complemented by a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt certification. They have also coached over 30 apprentices in technical branches and have a solid foundation in mechanical assembly and automation from their earlier roles.
