Steve Golay

Steve Golay currently serves as Chargé de Projets - Excellence Opérationnelle at ROLEX since May 2023. Prior to this role, Steve Golay had a long tenure at Philip Morris International from July 2001 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing product and process performance for the Leaf Function, overseeing the Quality Management System and Audit for both Conventional and Reduced Risk Products, coordinating Global Leaf Projects, and serving as Regional Manager for Leaf Processing across the Asia Pacific, US, and African markets. Earlier roles at Philip Morris included Leaf Processing Coordinator and Leaf Processing Analyst. Prior to PMI, Steve Golay was a Research Engineer at Université de Neuchâtel from February 1998 to July 2001. Steve Golay holds an Ingénieur ETS degree in Microtechnique from HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland, obtained from 1989 to 1996.
