Tyler Poso

Tyler Poso currently serves as a Rolex Technical Instructor at the Rolex Watchmaking Training Center since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler was employed at Richemont from September 2014 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Technical Supervisor and Watchmaker, working with esteemed brands such as Jaeger LeCoultre, IWC, Mont Blanc, Cartier, and Baume & Mercier. Tyler also held a position as a WOSTEP Watchmaker during this time. Earlier experience includes serving as a 911 Dispatcher at the Keller Police Department from July 2008 to September 2015. Tyler Poso earned a Certified Swiss Watchmaker degree in Horology from the North American Institute of Swiss Watchmaking between 2012 and 2014 and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012.
