Robin Ellis

Robin Ellis is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner at ROLI since September 2025, with a strong background in recruitment and HR initiatives gained through a tenure at Kobalt Music from February 2011 to June 2025, where Robin managed hiring campaigns across multiple regions and played a pivotal role in People & Culture efforts, contributing to staff training and diversity initiatives. Robin has trained over 100 hiring managers globally and developed a Recruitment Toolkit for standardized processes. Previous roles include recruitment and copyright management positions at ICE and assistant music management at Mr Music, among others. Robin holds a CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services and has educational credentials from Studium in Gothenburg and KY Akademin in Örnsköldsvik.
