Jeff Montgomery

Jeff Montgomery has extensive experience in customer service and management roles. jeff currently serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Service at Roll20 since October 2022. Prior to joining Roll20, they worked as the Customer Service Director at OneBookShelf.com for 17 years, from October 2005 to October 2022. Before that, they were an Installation Coordinator at The Coca-Cola Company from September 1998 to September 2005.

Jeff Montgomery attended Murray State University from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Business without obtaining a degree. jeff then enrolled in Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1992 to 1995 and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
