Amila Čiva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Since January 2025, Amila has been serving as an Engineering Manager at Rolla, following a successful tenure as an IT Project Manager at Softray Solutions, LLC from December 2016 to October 2024. Prior to this, Amila worked at ENIT from September 2013 to December 2016 in roles as a Lead Technical Writer and QA Analyst, as well as a Technical Writer. Amila holds a Master's Degree in Translation Studies with a focus on Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Sarajevo (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the same institution (2009-2012).
