Simon Biddlecombe

Simon Biddlecombe is the Design Director at Rollalong, where they currently lead design initiatives. They have previously held roles as a Senior Design Manager and Principal Design Manager at Wates Group from 2016 to 2025, and served as a Design Manager at Mansell Construction Services Ltd from 2008 to 2014. Simon began their career as a Junior Technician at Allott & Lomax Consultant Engineers and advanced through various design positions, including Technical Designer/Design Manager at Rollalong from 1997 to 2002. They completed their education at Southampton Solent University and Peter Symonds College.
