Charles Green

Charles Green is the Global Learning and Development Manager at Roll Group, bringing extensive experience from the Engineering and Defence Industries across multiple regions, including Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and North America. They have held several key positions, including Project Manager at RMA Group, where they led learning and development initiatives for the Afghan National Security Forces. Their previous roles also include Senior Project Consultant at Babcock International and Regional Development Manager at ALE, where they supported the implementation of development strategies. Charles's exemplary career in the Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers included the development of global training programs and management of personnel in extreme environments. They hold a City & Guilds distinction in Wheeled and Tracked Vehicle Technology from the Defence College of Electro Mechanical Engineering.
