Jos Den Boef

Jos den Boef has extensive work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Jos currently serves as the Global Head of Procurement at Roll Group. Prior to this, they worked at MSD Netherlands as a Senior Specialist Procurement from 2017 to 2022. Jos also served as a Strategic Project Buyer at RH Marine from 2017 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Damen Shipyards Group, including Project Procurement Manager and Sourcing Specialist. Jos also worked as a Tactical Purchaser at North Sea Tanker Management B.V. and as a Procurement Officer at MISC Agencies (Netherlands) B.V. Jos has a background in seagoing vessels, having held various positions in the Merchant Shipping & Royal Netherlands Navy.
