Kim Blok

Kim Blok currently serves as the Head of HR for Europe at Roll Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held various HR positions, including HR Manager at Gist from February 2021 to December 2022 and HR Adviseur at EBS Public Transportation BV between March 2019 and February 2021. Additionally, Kim worked as an HR Adviseur at Gist from January 2017 to February 2019. Academic contributions include a position as a Docent HRM at The Hague University of Applied Sciences from September 2015 to April 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Adviseur and HR Officer at VAPRO and a Commercieel Medewerker role at T-Mobile Nederland. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from The Hague University, a pre-master's in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Open Universiteit, and a Crov certification in Casemanagement from CS Opleidingen BV.
