Michael Schaap is currently the Global Head of Legal, Insurance, and Compliance at Roll Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Global Manager Legal at Roll Holding B.V. from 2016 to 2022 and as the Global Head of Contracts and Contract Management at Mammoet Holding B.V. for a year. They began their legal career as a Juridisch Medewerker at Den Hollander Advocaten between 2002 and 2003. Michael earned a Master of Arts in International Law and Legal Studies from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and is currently pursuing mediation training at Dialogue.
