Hunter Thomas is a seasoned professional in customer onboarding and success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Onboarding at ROLLER since October 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Conductor as Sr. Director of Customer Onboarding, Training & Enablement, and at Lucidworks, where Hunter held roles as Sr. Director of Technical Account Management and Strategy, as well as Director of Customer Success. Previous work at WalkMe™ encompassed various management roles in professional services and customer success, while earlier experience at Automated Insights included positions as Vista Product Manager, Solutions Architect, and Data Scientist. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance and Mathematics from James Madison University and completed executive education in Managing the Unexpected at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
