Josh Fletcher possesses a solid background in civil engineering and project management, having graduated with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham in 2018. Josh began a career at AECOM as a Vacation Student from June 2014 to August 2017, which laid the groundwork for future roles. Subsequently, Josh held positions at Merlin Entertainments as a Trainee Project Manager and later as a Project Manager from July 2021 to May 2025.
