Sean Fernandez

Sean Fernandez has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Sean started their career at Connexx Technologies Pty Ltd as a Support Engineer. After that, they worked at Connected Intelligence as a Support Engineer, where they provided remote IT support for multiple businesses. Sean then joined Tigerspike as the Information Systems Manager and later as a Senior Network Engineer/Software Developer. During their time at Tigerspike, they played a crucial role in setting up head offices and a VMware hosting environment. Sean also led the migration of the hosting environment to Amazon Web Services, implementing automated systems and promoting collaboration between developers and infrastructure operation engineers. Currently, Sean is working at ROLLER Software as the Chief Information Officer, where they oversee the implementation of Site Reliability projects and manages a team to deliver AWS cloud operational objectives and services. Sean is responsible for planning and improving technical support processes, ensuring compliance with IT security projects, and achieving governance, risk, compliance, and disaster recovery initiatives. Overall, Sean's work experience demonstrates their expertise in IT support, infrastructure setup, cloud migration, and leadership in the field of information technology.

Sean Fernandez attended Western Sydney University from 1999 to 2005, where they studied Computer Science and earned a degree in Software Engineering/Networking Specialist. Prior to that, they completed their Year 12 education at Oakhill College Castle Hills from 1996 to 1998.
