Andrew Snell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical operations and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in Technical Operations at Team Australia Challenge since March 2024, Andrew also co-founded and leads Rollercoaster Digital as CEO since September 2012, focusing on simplifying complex problems through innovative digital solutions. As the Founder and Principal of Coaster Group Pty Ltd, Andrew supports innovative projects from concept development to market launch. Additional roles include co-founding Jaja Connect in 2016 and contributing as Deputy Chair and Non-executive Director at the CBR Innovation Network's Innovation Community Forum. Earlier experience includes senior consultancy at Professional Public Relations and lighting design with The Rock Show. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from the University of Canberra, obtained from 2006 to 2008.
